Welcome to the Tacoma Community Safety Collaborative (TCSC). We are a group of community-based organizations, government agencies, and higher education institutions who have partnered together to identify public safety issues that tell the story of what Tacoma is facing, and together, determine priorities, resources and co-create solutions.
